For all our registered patients – We are very pleased to let you know that we have a Social Prescriber once a week in the surgery. This is not for medical conditions but for any support or guidance you may need to assist you in everyday live or as a one off. Here is an example of what this person can help with:
We have drop in clinics between 11.30am-1pm on the following days: Monday 10th August, Monday 14th September, Monday 12th October Please come along
