If you need help when we are closed

111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

In case of a life threatening emergency, please dial 999

Physical accessibility

We are on the ground level with easy access including all our consulting rooms. There are disabled bays available adjacent the entrance.

Easy wheelchair access.

If you need any assistance with hearing please ask for the hearing loop at reception.

Guide Dogs – Guide dogs are welcome at the surgery but we ask that you be aware of other patients and staff who may have an allergy or fear of dogs.

How to make a complaint

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.

However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.

To raise a concern please write or email for the attention of the Practice Manager, who will deal with your concerns appropriately. Further written information is available regarding the complaints procedure from reception.
